The challenge
Every drone operation requires compliance with extensive regulations: flight permits, safety plans, operation logs, post-flight reports. The company managed everything with spreadsheets and scattered documents. Each job meant hours of paperwork, risk of errors, and the real possibility of failing to meet legal requirements without realizing it.

Our approach
The key was turning the data already generated by the drones into the engine for all management. Flight logs contain all the necessary information — we just needed to extract it, structure it, and use it to automate regulatory compliance.
Regulatory requirements analysis
We mapped all applicable regulations: aviation authority permits, municipal licenses, insurance, flight zones. Each requirement was translated into automatic fields and validations.
Flight log integration
We developed parsers for their drone telemetry formats. Each flight is automatically imported with all its data: routes, altitudes, times, incidents.
Document generation engine
Operation reports, flight plans, and legal documentation are generated automatically from the actual data of each mission.
What we built
A platform where every cleaning operation is planned, executed, and documented from a single place. The drones fly, the logs are imported, and the system automatically generates all legal and operational documentation.
Mission planner
Each job is configured with zone, building, specific requirements, and pre-flight checklist. The system validates permits and restrictions before approving the operation.
Automatic telemetry import
After each flight, logs are uploaded and processed automatically. Actual routes, times, altitudes, and any incidents are recorded.
Legal documentation generation
Operation reports, work certificates, and aviation authority documentation are generated with one click, pre-filled with actual flight data.
Real-time control center
